This Cookie Notice explains how EWS TECHNOLOGY LTD (“we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on the Baby Monitor Smart Remote website.
Website: https://babymonitor.ewstechnology.com
Contact: babymonitor@ewstechnology.com
This Notice should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
1. What This Notice Covers
This Notice applies to the website https://babymonitor.ewstechnology.com, including pages such as the home page, download page, privacy page, terms page, cookies page, feedback page, and support development page.
This Notice covers:
- - cookies;
- - localStorage and similar browser storage;
- - analytics identifiers;
- - Google/Firebase Analytics technologies used after analytics consent;
- - external provider technologies that may apply after a user action, such as opening Stripe Checkout or clicking an app store link.
This Notice does not cover cookies or storage used inside third-party websites after you leave our website. Those third-party services are controlled by their own privacy and cookie notices.
2. Summary
Our website uses limited cookies and similar technologies.
In summary:
- - We use first-party browser storage only to remember accepted analytics consent.
- - We use Firebase Analytics / Google Analytics only if you accept analytics cookies or analytics storage.
- - We do not use advertising cookies.
- - We do not use Google Ads, remarketing, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, heatmaps, session replay, fingerprinting, cross-context behavioral advertising, or personalized advertising on the website.
- - We do not sell personal data.
- - We do not share personal data for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- - When feedback is opened from the app, we may use a short-lived first-party feedback key cookie to connect the browser feedback/support flow with the app installation metadata already stored on our server.
- - The support payment page does not embed Stripe scripts or Stripe cookies before you choose to continue to Stripe Checkout.
- - External app stores receive information only after you click an external store link.
- - You can accept or reject analytics. Acceptance is saved; rejection is not saved and the cookie notice may appear again on the next page load.
3. Strictly Necessary Storage
We use first-party browser storage only after you accept analytics, so that the cookie notice does not appear on every page visit.
Name / key: bm_cookie_consent
Provider: Baby Monitor Smart Remote / EWS TECHNOLOGY LTD
Technology: localStorage or similar first-party browser storage
Category: Strictly necessary / preference storage
Purpose: Remember that you accepted analytics cookies and analytics storage.
When set: Only after you select Accept cookies. Selecting Reject cookies does not save a rejection choice.
Retention: We design accepted consent to last for up to 12 months. If a browser or older site version stores accepted consent without an expiry, it may remain until you clear browser/site data or until we update or reset the consent version.
Can you disable it? You can select Reject cookies on the Cookie Notice page or clear browser/site data. Rejection removes saved consent, keeps analytics off, and allows the notice to appear again on a later page load.
This storage is not used for advertising, analytics measurement, tracking across websites, or identifying you for marketing.
4. Analytics Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use Firebase Analytics / Google Analytics for basic website analytics only after you accept analytics cookies or analytics storage.
Provider: Google / Firebase
Firebase project: baby-monitor-e803d
Measurement ID: G-9NXEYRMRXD
After analytics consent, Google/Firebase may use cookies and similar identifiers, such as Google Analytics identifiers including _ga and _ga_<container-id>, if set by Google Analytics in your browser.
Analytics helps us understand basic website usage and reliability, such as:
- - page views;
- - approximate website usage;
- - browser and device information;
- - operating system information;
- - approximate country or region derived from network information;
- - referrer and page navigation information;
- - technical information used to understand site reliability.
We do not use Firebase Analytics / Google Analytics for advertising, remarketing, personalized ads, or cross-context behavioral advertising.
We do not intentionally send feedback message text, feedback attachments, payment card data, or full support payment details to Firebase Analytics.
Firebase Analytics starts only after you accept analytics. The Firebase SDK is loaded from Google/Firebase CDN only after analytics consent. If you reject analytics, the Firebase Analytics SDK does not load and analytics remains off.
5. External Services
5.1 Google / Firebase CDN
If you accept analytics, your browser may request Firebase SDK files from Google/Firebase CDN, such as www.gstatic.com, so that Firebase Analytics can run. These requests happen only after analytics consent.
5.2 Stripe Checkout
If you choose to make a voluntary support payment through the website, you may be redirected to Stripe Checkout. The Baby Monitor website does not embed Stripe scripts or Stripe cookies before you choose to continue to Stripe Checkout.
After you open Stripe Checkout, Stripe controls its own payment, security, fraud-prevention, and cookie technologies. Stripe may use cookies or similar technologies according to Stripe’s own policies.
We do not store your card number, CVC, or full bank details. Stripe processes payment card data through Stripe Checkout.
5.3 App Store and Google Play
The download page may link to external app stores, such as Apple App Store and Google Play. We do not embed third-party app store tracking pixels on the download page. Apple, Google, or another app store receives information only after you click an external store link, and their own policies apply after that click.
6. Feedback Form
The website feedback form can be used without app context. When feedback is opened from the mobile app, the website may set a short-lived first-party cookie named bm_feedback_key. This cookie stores only a server-issued temporary feedback key. It helps connect the browser feedback form and optional support development flow with the app installation metadata that the app already sent to our server.
The feedback key cookie does not contain the feedback message, attachment, payment card data, live monitoring content, or live command content. It is not used for advertising, analytics measurement, or cross-site tracking.
Feedback messages, optional attachments, browser metadata, device metadata, and technical request data are described in our Privacy Policy, not primarily in this Cookie Notice.

8. Your Choices
You can choose whether analytics cookies and analytics storage are used.
8.1 Accept Cookies
If you select Accept cookies, we save accepted consent, may load Firebase Analytics, and may use analytics cookies and similar identifiers to measure basic website usage. The cookie notice will not appear again until accepted consent expires, is cleared, or the consent version changes.
8.2 Reject Cookies
If you select Reject cookies, Firebase Analytics does not load, analytics remains off, and analytics cookies are not newly set by our website. We do not save the rejection choice. The notice closes for the current page and may appear again on the next page load.
8.3 Change Your Choice
You can change your choice on the Cookie Notice page at /cookies. The page shows whether analytics is currently accepted or disabled and provides controls to accept or reject cookies.
If you previously accepted analytics and later select Reject cookies, we remove the saved accepted consent and stop future analytics collection as far as technically possible. Cookies or identifiers already created by Google/Firebase may remain in your browser until they expire or until you clear browser/site data. We may delete known first-party analytics cookies where technically reliable, but browser behavior and provider behavior may vary.
8.4 Clear Browser or Site Data
You can clear cookies and site data in your browser settings. Clearing site data removes saved accepted consent, so the cookie notice may appear again.
8.5 Blocking Storage
If your browser blocks localStorage or similar browser storage, we may be unable to remember accepted consent. In that case, analytics remains off and the notice may appear again.
9. No Advertising Cookies
We do not use advertising cookies on the Baby Monitor website.
We do not use:
- - Google Ads cookies;
- - remarketing tags;
- - Meta Pixel;
- - TikTok Pixel;
- - advertising identifiers for personalized ads;
- - cross-context behavioral advertising tracking;
- - third-party heatmaps;
- - session replay tools;
- - fingerprinting for advertising.
If we add any new analytics, advertising, tracking, or similar technology in the future, we will update this Cookie Notice and, where required, request consent before using it.
10. Relationship With Privacy Policy
Cookies and similar technologies may involve personal data, such as analytics identifiers, browser information, device information, approximate region, IP-derived information, and website usage data.
For more information about how we collect, use, share, protect, and retain personal data, please read our Privacy Policy at /privacy.
